BeerWise’s primary author and editor, Mark DeNote, is based in Florida. As such, BeerWise will usually have references to Florida breweries and beers. Some content is Florida-specific and will be labeled as such. It is the goal of BeerWise not to focus solely on the Sunshine State (BeerWise’s sister publication, Florida Beer News does that). But some Florida-specific content will emerge from time to time that is relevant to the greater craft beer conversation, so it will be published on BeerWise’s pages.
