Their Chicory Stout was one of the beers that opened this author's eyes to the flavor potential of craft beer and their 60 Minute IPA was the IPA that defined the style for me back in the early 2000s. To interview these two was a great experience. We hope you enjoy the show.LISTEN ONLINE HERE or on your favorite podcast platform.Remember to like and follow the show if you would like to hear more interviews like this! From humble roots as a brewpub and then production brewery making culinary-inspired beers and flippantly disregarding the Bavarian Purity Law to one of the largest breweries in the country before merging with the Boston Beer Company and Samuel Adams, Dogfish Head Craft Brewery has become a name synonymous with the craft beer movement. Now expanding into the world of distilled spirits, canned cocktail, and beyond, Dogfish Head's motto is off-centered goodness for off-centered people.
